EULAR 2023 | congress REGISTRATION
The EULAR Congress is comprised of an extensive network of innovative minds working towards illustrating the latest scientific breakthroughs in clinical, translational, and basic sciences, discussing what is new in dedicated sessions, presenting data on how to treat rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases (RMDs), giving view to the transfer of results from bench to bedside, showing the practical aspects of our specialty in specific workshop discussions, offering debates, and, in essence, displaying the future of Rheumatology.
EULAR 2023 Congress will be held onsite in Milan.

- Ordinary Delegates are medical doctors who are rheumatologists, clinical immunologists, internists or pharmacists.
Proof of status is required.
- Other Delegates are members of the medical, dental or pharmacy professions or scientists who are not rheumatologists, clinical immunologists, internists or pharmacists.
- Ordinary Trainees are Delegates in training (clinicians) under 40 years of age who are rheumatologists, clinical immunologists, internists or pharmacists.
Proof of status and of age is required.
- Other Trainees are non-tenured scientists under 40 years of age, i.e. scientists not being professor or associate professor, who are not rheumatologists, clinical immunologists, internists or pharmacists.
Proof of status is required.
- HPR Delegates are members of the medical or pharmacy professions, who are not Delegates or Trainees.
A letter of confirmation by the Head of Unit or Institute, showing the status, must be provided when registering.
- Students are students within the fields to become doctors, pharmacists, nurses, pharmaconomists, midwives, biomedical laboratory scientists, clinical dietitians, radiographers, social and healthcare assistants and are under 25 years of age.
Proof of status and of age is required.
- PARE Delegates are representative and / or staff members of patient organisations.
A letter of confirmation from the PARE organisation showing the status must be provided when registering as PARE delegate
- Patients and family members are persons suffering from rheumatic or musculoskeletal diseases (RMD) or their family members, all of whom not being professionals in the field of rheumatology.
A confirmation of not being a professional in the field of rheumatology must be submitted with the registration form.
- Company representatives "pharma" are employees or representatives of pharmaceutical companies.
EULAR will request a confirmation from the pharmaceutical company or another proof of status.
- Company representatives "non-pharma" are employees or representatives of non-pharmaceutical companies with an interest in rheumatology.

EULAR will not impose any further COVID-19 restrictions than those imposed by the Italian government.
Green Pass
Effective from May 1, 2022, it is no longer mandatory to show a Green Pass to access businesses and services in Italy. Therefore, free access to local and national public transportation, bars and restaurants, shops, museums, theaters, cinemas, stadiums, gyms, spas, etc.
Use of masks
As of Saturday, Oct. 1, it is no longer mandatory to wear a face mask on public transportation, but its use in all indoor environments and in all cases of crowded outdoor events is highly recommended.
On-demand platform access : upon registration to the on-demand platform, Ukrainian citizens will have free access to the congress recordings as of Saturday 3 June 15:00 CEST.
Onsite registration for Ukrainian citizens: as of 26 April, the Registration team will no longer accept any further applications nor requests for complementary registration.
The European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology, EULAR, has decided that delegates and companies based in the Russian Federation and Belarus cannot attend the EULAR 2023 European Congress of Rheumatology in Milan.
To proceed with group registration:
- Create an account or login in the Congress platform and 'group registration' tab.
- Select a package to purchase: Click on “buy contingent” for the required amount of registrations. You will receive a confirmation and invoice via email.
Important notes:
- Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Alipay) or bank transfer. A different invoice address can be added separately. Invoices are due within 10 days of the date of issuance. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a handling fee of EUR 300.
- Individual participant data can be entered under 'add participants'. Please note that the following information for each participant is required:
- Individual e-mail address (it is not possible to register 2 persons with the same email address)
- Address details (first and last name, institute, city and country)
- Proof of status is requested for selected registration categories (see section above for details)
- Once entry of participant data is completed, the registration tickets need to be allocated to individual participants. To do this, click on 'distribution' to allocate the tickets.
- We kindly ask you to provide this information in full by 11 May 2023.
- Registration confirmations can be sent to your guests in your group account. Please click on “group registration” and “registration confirmations”. The registration team will send no confirmations to your guests.

This way you are the registration owner (contact person), the registration invoice is sent to you exclusively.
