The EULAR Press Office welcomes media professionals interested in reporting on the latest progress in our exciting event, focussed on improving the well-being of people with, or affected by, rheumatic musculoskeletal diseases.

To access EULAR 2022 and attend the Press Conference (view the press kit after the live event), please complete the Press Registration Form (below).

Press registration is open
Closes on 4 June 2022 (onsite tickets) and on 30 June 2022 (virtual tickets)
Access for on-demand content via the congress platform will be provided until 31 July.

The press area is located onsite in the Bella Center - Treehouse (on the first floor overlooking Hall E of the congress centre).

PRESS REGISTRATION FORM


PRESS CREDENTIALS POLICY

The Press Office is only open to members of the working press. Identification will be required when you arrive at the Congress. Freelance journalists must also provide a letter of assignment.

A Press Pass will be issued to journalists (including freelance journalists) for recognised
  • journals, magazines and news publications
  • news agencies
  • broadcast media
  • on-line news services or e-journals

Representatives engaged in the following are NOT entitled to a Press Pass
but may register as a delegate:
  • public relations
  • sales and marketing
  • advertising
  • commercial exhibitions

Press Pass - access and facilities
  • the scientific sessions listed in the programme
  • the press conferences
  • the Congress Exhibition

Corporate press materials and product information will not be distributed in the Press Office - a dedicated area for industry authored press materials will be made available.

Embargoes
Journalists are required to observe embargoes as indicated by the press releases or by the EULAR Abstract Embargo Policy (See Resources).

Patients
The organisers of the Annual European Congress of Rheumatology request that journalists respect patient confidentiality and seek permission, as appropriate, if publicising a case study, in which there is any chance that an individual or group of individuals could be identified.

Filming and recording
Filming and recording of the scientific sessions is not permitted. Filming and interviews can be arranged through the Press Office.

EULAR reserves the right to refuse a Press Pass.
