The EULAR 2023 Congress will take place from Wednesday, 31 May to Saturday, 3 June 2023 in Milan, Italy at the MiCo Convention Center.

The EULAR 2023 Congress aims to be held onsite only. After the congress live days, on-demand content will be available online and accessible for delegates holding a valid onsite ticket, until 31 December 2023, 23.59 CET.

EULAR will not impose any further COVID-19 restrictions than those imposed by the Italian government. 

Green Pass
Effective from May 1, 2022, it is no longer mandatory to show a Green Pass to access businesses and services in Italy. Therefore, free access to local and national public transportation, bars and restaurants, shops, museums, theaters, cinemas, stadiums, gyms, spas, etc.

Use of masks
As of Saturday, Oct. 1, it is no longer mandatory to wear a face mask on public transportation, but its use in all indoor environments and in all cases of crowded outdoor events is highly recommended.

Yes, EULAR will provide the Congress App for Milan. We publish the links to download the EULAR Congress App here when available on the stores, approximately 1 week before the Congress.

No, Meet the EULAR Expert and Practical skills sessions, Poster Tours and Posters will not be recorded nor available for on-demand after the live congress.

After the Congress live days, you* will be able to download your Certificate of Attendance on your EULAR Congress Account once you submitted your responses to the congress survey.

*Certificate of Attendance including CME credits of EULAR 2023** will only be available for download and given to delegates who attended the on-site congress 2023 in Milan. Registered participants who didn’t show up in Milan during the congress will not have access to the certificate of attendance.
