The nearest railway station to Allianz MiCo is Milano Domodossola, with a walking distance of 10 minutes along the City Life park, or 2 stops (3 minutes) by metro from Milano Domodossola to Portello station with the M5 Metro line.

Malpensa Express trains, that connect Malpensa International Airport to Milano Cadorna station, will stop at Milano Domodossola station (in 32 minutes), exclusively for EULAR delegates, only during the event.

Any train that stops at Milano Domodossola goes to Milano Cadorna railway station (in 5 minutes), the historical centre of Milan (the Renaissance Castle, the Last Supper of Leonardo da Vinci, Sant’Ambrogio Basilique, Duomo cathedral, museums, restaurants and shopping).
